Quello che muove Paola con le figlie Claudia e Sara, insieme allo Staff è la Passione della condivisione e della proposta dei prodotti del territorio a km 0 come formaggi, funghi porcini, carne di asino o cervo, dolci preparati con paziente attenzione al gusto e al bilanciamento dei sapori. Qui si prova un'esperienza unica che accarezza il palato e la mente, ci si emoziona gustando lentamente i sapori.... “ Ristorante ai piani dell'Avaro con prodotti tradizionali, una buona cantina e cucina tipica, ma con untocco di personalità, non il classico rifugio insomma. Una bella sorpresa! Consiglio vivamente di prenotare, per scegliere posti all'interno o all'esterno. Si arriva tranquillamente in auto, c'è parcheggio (pagate però l'accesso alla strada a Cusio!) e godetevi una bella passeggiata sui prati dell'Avaro! ”

“ Although the location is not very known, you have to book in advance - or try as we did, not aware of its popularity, and wait patiently for the table enjoying the beautiful view. A long wait is absolutely rewarded. The dishes are delicious:local cuisine, authentic, fresh ingredients, abundant portions, tasty local wine. From appetizer to the dessert - no flaws. And to burn the calories, you can rent a sledding and have fun going down the slope next to the restaurant. Perfect addition to a trip from the nearby San Pellegrino Terme. ”

We enjoyed a delicious mushroom-themed meal as part of the "Fungolandia 2024" event, and everything tasted fantastic. Definitely a 5-star experience—I highly recommend this place to everyone! ”
